Promoting Renewable Energy and Sustainable Development Goals

About Us

Image 1 Image 2 Image 3

We promote sustainable development through initiatives like the Pratham Sur Yojana, focusing on renewable energy solutions to achieve a net-zero future. By harnessing solar energy and other renewables, we aim to create a cleaner environment while supporting economic growth and social equity. Together, we work towards a sustainable future for all.
The Pratham Sur Yojana empowers communities by providing access to affordable and reliable renewable energy, enhancing energy security and fostering economic growth. We believe that sustainable energy not only improves living standards but also creates job opportunities and promotes social equity.
Our commitment to sustainability aligns with global goals, such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which emphasize the need for affordable and clean energy, climate action, and community resilience.

Our Initiatives

1)  Economic and financial needs of low-carbon development.

2)  Develop an integrated, efficient and inclusive transport system.

3)  Low-carbon development of electricity systems consistent with development.

4)  Development of carbon dioxide removal and related engineering solutions.

5)  Enhancing forest and vegetation cover consistent with socioeconomic and ecological considerations.

6)   Promote adaptation in urban design, energy and material efficiency in buildings, and sustainable urbanisation.

7)  Promoting economy-wide decoupling of growth from emissions and development of an efficient, innovative low emission industrial system.

Resources

Wind Energy

Harnesses wind through turbines to generate clean electricity, available on land and offshore.

Solar Energy

Captures sunlight with solar panels to produce electricity or heat, widely deployable and sustainable.

Ocean Energy

Ocean energy is renewable energy from the ocean, including wave and tidal energy, used to generate electricity.

Geothermal Energy

Utilizes Earth’s heat for electricity and heating, effective in volcanic regions with low emissions.

Ocean Energy

Includes tidal, wave, and thermal energy; still developing but has significant potential.

Biomass

Derived from organic materials, converted into biofuels, but needs sustainable sourcing.

Sustainability Goals

sustainability-goals

Sustainability goals focus on promoting environmental stewardship, social equity, and economic viability to create a balanced approach to development. Key objectives include reducing greenhouse gas emissions, conserving natural resources, protecting biodiversity, and ensuring access to clean water and energy for all. Additionally, these goals emphasize responsible consumption, waste reduction, and fostering inclusive communities, aiming to empower individuals and organizations to contribute positively to a sustainable future
